Effective immediately! All maternity Card/Maternity Advantage transactions and commissions will now be paid from the new Trinity System. Because this is taking effect the first week of November, we need your cooperation to provide you access to the new system.
Please go to your AHCODirect web site, or your www.ahcomaternity.com site and click on the back office link. Enter your user name and password. Rather than going to the “old” back office, you will be directed to a page that will show your agent information. Please review the information and make any appropriate changes. You will find an outline of the new commission system and services available in the new Trinity System. Please review and accept the terms and changes you made to your information.
Once you have accepted, you can continue to use your existing web sites, agent ID# and user name and password.
If you are trying to enter the back office for services other than Maternity Advantage/Maternity Card, please email us at agentinfo@bmaplans.com so we can assist in creating your new back office link.

New Maternity Advantage/Maternity Card Terms:
Outline of Trinity System Maternity Card/Maternity Advantage program.

All commissions will be calculated on a process basis. This means that residuals will be calculated each time a member’s monthly transaction takes place. You will see both the enrollment fee and the residual transaction in your Trinity Back Office.
Commissions will be paid as soon as your pending commissions reach $50.00. The commission will move from the tracking system to a payroll check.
Different from the new BMA association plan, for the accident plans, we will pay all Maternity commissions by check. **
Going forward we will only pay commissions on a two-tier basis. If you have agents on a multi-tier system, please notify us at agentinfo@ahcodirect.com so we can review the situation.
Commissions are calculated as follows:

One time pay, 699 service will pay the referring agent a one-time $75.00 per sold member. There will be no additional commissions paid. The second tier agent will receive a $15.00 one time pay for members sold by their first line agent.
12 month agreement, 1288, the referring agent will be paid $50.00 at the time of enrollment, and an on-going residual of 15% of the $99.00 monthly membership fee, as long as the member continues to be with Maternity Advantage. The second tier agent will receive a 5% residual for members sold by their first line agent.
The pre-pregnancy program pays $50.00 at time of enrollment and 15% of the $69.00 on-going membership fee. The second tier agent will receive a 5% of the monthly fee, $69.00 as long as the member continues with Maternity Advantage. The pre-pregnancy will bill for a maximum of 12 months after the member has access to the Maternity Advantage services any time she becomes pregnant.
If a member cancels the program and is granted a refund, all paid commissions will be charged back to the agent.
Your Trinity Systems back office is the source for all new services provided by Maternity Card/Maternity Advantage. Please refer to the site for any changes in the program.
